Delivering excellence
As Head of Global Creative for Meta's Partnership Marketing from 2021 to 2025, I led a multidisciplinary team in crafting the visual narrative for a global audience across all regions (NORAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM). From complex event identities and keynotes to social ecosystems and digital experiences, we delivered a full spectrum of creative assets. Leading the creative vision for Meta's global partnership marketing, our core mandate was to ensure creative excellence and strict brand adherence across all communications. This included flagship programs like "We The Culture," where we built the identity for "The Network" and the "We The Future" event to support Black creators. Our scope also extended to crafting digital-first special projects, such as Instagram Story stickers and Reels for local cultural moments like Día de los Muertos. Alongside these focused initiatives, my team orchestrated a constant stream of global assets—from strategic decks and educational ebooks to comprehensive social media actions—all engineered to engage and grow the global creator community.

Hired initially to lead creative for North American Partnership Marketing, my leadership and the team's creative excellence drove significant growth. Within a year, I was promoted to Head of Global Creative, expanding our scope to manage all regions (NORAM, LATAM, APAC, EMEA). Under my direction, we increased client satisfaction by 9.3 points and reduced adjustment rates, significantly boosting both quality and operational efficiency. Our strategic work included partnering with Meta's Global Brand team on four major event identities and developing scalable guideline playbooks, all while delivering a full spectrum of global assets—from the "We The Culture" program to local digital specials—that consistently strengthened the brand at every point of contact.
